   Actually it has been completely forthcoming to anyone with more than   
   half a brain (which apparently lets out you AND Trump):   
      
   Trump is being charged with falsifying business records to cover up   
   violations of election finance law.   
      
   Falsifying business records in New York is a misdemeanour...   
      
   ...UNLESS it is done to cover up another crime...   
      
   ...and violating election finance laws IS a crime.
