   Yes, hard looked to be the right choice.   
      
   And yes, it was inevitable, but sad to see NOR simply bend over for VET   
   like that.   
      
   Wouldn't need to be unsporting or illegal, but sure wouldn't have   
   happened so easily if it was the other way around.
