   As long as it fitted within the prescribed 'boxes' where teams can add aero I   
   guess so.   
      
   The question is "intentionally destroyed the aero of a following car". Unless   
   that's stated on the   
   record the FIA couldn't prove that - as long as there's aero benefit to your   
   car.
