      4 c  Cougar Gold cheese; shredded
      2 tb Cornstarch

MMMMM---------------------LIQUID (YOU PICK)--------------------------
      1 c  Apple juice
           +=PLUS=+
    1/4 c  Tequila
  1 1/4 c  Chicken broth
  1 1/4 c  Dry white wine
     12 oz Beer

MMMMM-------------------SEASONINGS (CHOOSE ONE------------------------
      1 ts Chilli spice
      1 ts Italian seasoning
      1 ts Dry mustard
      1 ts Dried chopped chives
 
  Bring liquid to boil in medium heavy saucepan. Combine
  Cougar Gold, cornstarch and seasoning in separate bowl.
  
  Reduce heat to medium. Gradually add cheese mixture,
  stirring constantly while returning to boil. Remove from
  heat and pour into fondue pot.
  
  Serve with favorite dippers.
  
  Makes 16, 2 Tbsp servings.
