MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Apple & Pear Crumble
 Categories: Fruits, Desserts
      Yield: 4 servings
 
    100 g  Butter
    125 g  Plain flour
     75 g  Demerara sugar
      2    Cooking apples
      2    Pears
    1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
      2 tb Honey
    120 ml Water
 
  Set oven @ 170ºC/350f (fan).
  
  Add cold cubed butter to the flour. With your fingertips
  rub together till it resembles breadcrumbs. Stir through
  the sugar and put to one side.
  
  Cut the apple and pears into 2cm cubes and put into an
  ovenproof dish.
  
  Sprinkle over the cinnamon, cover with the honey and add
  the water to the apples and pears.
  
  Add the crumble mix on top of the apples and pears - do
  not press flat.
  
  Cook for 45 - 55mins till golden. Serve with custard,
  enjoy!!
