      Title: Creamy Skillet Noodles w/Peas

    1/4 c  Butter; diced
      2 tb Oil
      5 c  Uncooked fine egg noodles
  2 1/2 c  Frozen peas
  2 1/2 c  Chicken broth
      1 c  Half & Half cream
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
 
  In a large skillet, heat butter and oil over medium
  heat. Add noodles; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until
  lightly browned. Stir in peas, broth, cream, salt and
  pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered,
  10-12 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring
  occasionally.
