      Title: 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
 Categories: Five, Nuts, Cookies
      Yield: 24 servings
 
      1 lg Egg; room temp, beaten
      1 c  Sugar
      1 c  Creamy peanut butter
 
  In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Scoop by level
  tablespoonfuls and roll into balls. Place on ungreased
  baking sheets and flatten with a fork.
  
  Bake @ 350ºF/175ºC until set, about 18 minutes. Remove
  to wire racks to cool.
