      Title: Ultimate Boxing Day Stacked Sandwich

      Yield: 1 Huge Sandwich

      4 sl Streaky bacon
      2 sl Left-over stuffing
      4 sl (thin) roast turkey
      2 sl Bloomer; toasted *
      2 tbsp cranberry sauce
      1 sm Handful watercress or rocket
      3 sl Brie cheese
      2 tb Christmas mayo (below)

MMMMM---------------------CHRISTMAS MAYO-----------------------------
      8 tb Mayonnaise
      2    Gherkins; finely diced
      1    Shallot; finely diced
      2 ts Dijon mustard

  * crusty British bread type

  Fry the bacon until it's really crisp and heat up the
  stuffing and turkey, either in a microwave or wrapped 
  in foil in the oven.

  To assemble the sandwich, put a slice of toasted bread
  on a plate, spread it with cranberry sauce and top with
  stuffing.

  Add a small handful of watercress then the hot turkey,
  bacon and the brie. Spoon over 2 tbsp of the Christmas
  mayo and add the other slice of toast, press down and
  skewer into place.

   Yield: 1 big sloppy sandwich
