      Title: General Tso's Stew
 Categories: Vegetables, Chilies, Poultry, Sauces
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1 c  Tomato juice
    1/2 c  Pickled cherry peppers;
           - chopped
      2 tb Soy sauce
      2 tb Hoisin sauce
      1 tb Peanut oil
      2 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
      1 lb Shredded, cooked chicken
  1 1/2 c  Chopped onion
      1 c  Chopped fresh broccoli
    1/4 c  Chopped green onions
      1 ts Sesame seeds; toasted
 
  In a 4 or 5 quart slow cooker, combine the first 6
  ingredients. Stir in chicken, onion and broccoli. Cook,
  covered, on low 2 hours or until vegetables are tender.
  Top with green onions and sesame seeds to serve.
