      Title: Creamy Celery Beef Stroganoff
 Categories: Beef, Soups, Vegetables, Mushrooms, Dairy
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      2 lb Beef stew meat; in 1" dice
 10 3/4 oz Can cream of celery soup;
           - undiluted
 10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup;
           - undiluted
      1 md Onion; chopped
      6 oz Jar sliced mushrooms;
           - drained
      1 oz Env onion soup mix
    1/2 ts Pepper
      1 c  Sour cream
           Hot cooked noodles
 
  In a 3 qt. slow cooker, combine the first 7 ingredients.
  Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is
  tender. Stir in sour cream. Serve with noodles.
