      5 lb Boneless pork shoulder
           - roast; in 1" pieces
     30 oz (3 cans) green enchilada
           - sauce
      1 c  Salsa verde
      4 oz Can chopped green chilies
    1/2 ts Salt
           Hot cooked rice

           Sour cream
           Thin sliced green onions
 
  In a 5 qt. slow cooker, combine pork, enchilada sauce,
  salsa verde, green chiles and salt. Cook, covered, on
  low until pork is tender, 5-6 hours. Serve with rice. If
  desired, top with sour cream and green onions.
