   40 years ago, a person could kinda get by on a minimum wage job.  And there   
   were alot of good paying jobs, too.  There were like 3.3 million people living   
   here then.   
      
   Now, there's a MILLION less people in the city and they're taxed to death for   
   just about everything.   
      
   MORONS will put crime to the top of the list for the exodus.  Truth is,   
   Chicago is actually a considerably safer place than it was 40 years ago.
