   Why?  Because the author is STUPID?  She starts off her misinformation by   
   telling us that crime in Chicago is UP when, actually, it's DOWN.  It's still   
   too high but not as high as it was.  And then she doubles down on the bullshit   
   when she says the    
   schools are getting worse.  Well, test scores are actually on the rise.  Not   
   by alot but UP is better than DOWN.
