   Section 2, Clause 5 of the US Constitution:

   Note the phrase +ACI-sole Power+ACI.   
      
   The House of Representatives IMPEACHED The Magnificent +ACI-TRUMP+ACI by a   
   vote of 229 to 198.  IMPEACHMENT is a done deal.   
      
   So, why doesn't Moscow Mitch start the trial WITHOUT the paperwork from Nancy   
   Pelosi?  Why not?  EVERYTHING about the impeachment has been published in the   
   Congressional Record.   
      
   If Moscow Mitch starts the trial today, what would Nancy Pelosi do?  Stomp her   
   foot?   
      
   Say what you will about Moscow Mitch, but he runs the Senate the way HE WANTS   
   TO.   
      
   Couple of things -- a suspended impeachment process sends a message to   
   co-conspirators such as Paul Manafort and Roger Stone.  The hopes for a pardon   
   are evaporating, the time to cut a deal is RIPE+ACE  The stress of this   
   IMPEACHMENT process might crack    
   The Very Stable Genius.   
      
   But, whatever. It's worth considering, why would Moscow Mitch play Nancy   
   Pelosi's delaying game?
