   Robberies and muggings are local crimes.  Everyone should be able to report   
   the robbers and muggers to the local police.  Illegal immigration is a federal   
   issue.   
      
   That's what the +ACI-sanctuary city+ACI thing is about.  Let the Feds worry   
   about who's in the country illegally and who is not.   
      
   But I know there are LOTS of people who just LOVE having the Feds muck around   
   in local affairs.
