   Could be.  One of the military fear stories going around a couple of decades   
   ago was that precision guidance was getting very capable and cheap and targets   
   could be routinely knocked out on the first strike.   
      
   Remember the very precisely placed holes -- ahhhhh, somebody -- placed in   
   those Saudi oil tanks a few months ago?   
      
   And, if the Iranians are actually interested in reducing tensions with Saudi   
   Arabia, everybody wins, right?  Well, almost everybody.
