   Indeed.  We've seen a sad, rapid decline in the intellectual capabilities of   
   our Republican Presidents.  Remember when they called Eisenhower kinda dull   
   witted?  Then came Nixon who committed some of the STUPIDEST acts of the   
   modern Presidency.  Next was    
   Jerry Ford who was certainly no Krell boy.  The decline accelerated with Bush   
   the first then Bush the worst.  And now?  Does The Very Stable Genius finally   
   mark the bottom of the barrel?  Who could have guessed the barrel went so deep?
