My electric power went off at 10:45 P M       +AD4 tonight and then I heard a small explosion, I think a transformer blew       +AD4 out., it came back on at 10:48 P M. Last week the whole city of Jackson       +AD4 started having low water pressure, Boil your water+ACE, boil your water,       +AD4 mofos+ACE       +AD4 Jackson City water department couldn't figure out the problem. So those       +AD4 dumb asses hired some underwater divers from Specialty Diving of       +AD4 Louisiana. They found that the water pipes at the reservoir were mostly       +AD4 clogged with mud and trash, Louisiana fixed the problem. A few months ago       +AD4 there was a big water main burst in Jackson, Jackson water department crew       +AD4 couldn't fix it, so they hired some people in Alabama to come to Jackson       +AD4 and fix that busted ass pipe. Third World here? damn right it is+ACE It is       +AD4 getting more and more like a black ghetto, the whole damn town is.              What, Jackson should keep divers on the payroll to check out problems that       happen every few years? And why should Jackson have a crew of payrollers       around to fix water mains? Contractors installed the water mains, contractors       can fix them+ACE              We had a water main burst under the street in front of my house last year. I       noticed water coming up from cracks in the street in the morning. They called       a contractor and had the repair done by 5PM, same day. As far as I know, we       didn't even lose        water pressure. Very efficient+ACE              This neighborhood was developed in the 20s and 30s, so the water mains are       probably approaching 100 years of age. Still, when things need to be fixed,       they get fixed. I suppose that's the upside for paying nearly the highest       property taxes in the US.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
