   Jackson PD has divers and police boats, sometimes they have to look for   
   whatever in resevoirs,(Jackson's big Ross Barnett resevoir supplies Jackson's   
   water, there are a    
   few wells too) lakes, ponds, rivers. But, that has nothing to do with the City   
   of Jackson Water Department. Maybe there are certain legal/insurance reasons.   
   I garantee you Chicagp's very own has search and rescue people with boats and

   Like I have said a few times before, China's economy isn't doing so good

   said China is practicing martial law. If so, it looks like that sheet is   
   backfiring on them. Riots,Hong
