   Could be.  Dr. King made some comments to that effect.  On the other hand,   
   people around here seem to mostly get along OK.  I taking care of some   
   business today at the Secretary of State's office and the building was   
   PACKED.  The line went out the door    
   and across the front of the building.   
      
   There were a few Asian people there and the coronavirus didn't even cross my   
   mind.  I'm sure NOBODY else was panicked, either.
