   I, John T. Arthur, AC2NZ and SWL extraordinaire, am officially giving   
   notice to all parties participating in rec.radio.shortwave that this   
   newsgroup is not to be taken lightly.   
      
   Those of you who continue to engage in activities (such as goatfucking)   
   that are contrary to the purpose of this newsgroup will soon find   
   yourselves persons of interest to the Federal Government.   
      
   Note that I am not a snitch, and under no circumstances are turning you   
   in to the relevant authorities.  You are being watched by the   
   omniscient eye of Uncle Charlie, whom I have totally not tipped off.   
      
   Junior Monitoring Agents of the JTA Relay Service are exempted from   
   such monitoring, because they are known to be fine, upstanding citizens   
   who do not fuck goats.   
      
   The decision is yours.  Continue to recommend the fucking of goats as   
   you have been and face the consequences, or cease your caprine   
   copulation cheerleading and perhaps retain your freedoms.
