I have been harassed by about eight months by electronic low-frequency weather   
   sounds like I am crazy but this has us patents also voice to skull terrible   
   pains in the left temple and left ear making my heart race compressing my   
   internal organs pulsating    
   around my heart threatening me with death by voice to skull I am completely   
   sane doctor find nothing wrong information can be found on the web please help   
   many Americans are going through this secret government project we have also   
   placed our speakers    
   around the sheds and buildings are my neighbors houses making loud race car
