I often use       WebSDR/KiwiSDR and the signal quality extremely depends on the       environment. There are public KiwiSDRs that have a good SNR, but I       think this is because of the local noise around the antenna from the       neighborhood/other devices.              Another feature of some SDRs is that they can do noise reduction.
