   I can't remember, so maybe there were two methods.   
      
   I seem to have memories of both something where you had to wait while the   
   data was transmitted, and something else where it was sent along with   
   regular programming, so you'd get the data transfer while you watched the   
   show.   
      
   It's been something like 30 years, and obviously whatever it was never   
   went very far.
