It would be a tragedy if someone in Southern California were to cross-band   
   all FRS frequencies onto 146.400.  This would be even more of a tragedy if   
   they did it from a location near Disneyland, and set a PL of 103.5 on the   
   2m frequency.  There is a possibility that this may interfere with   
   operation of the repeater on 147.435 MHz.   
      
   Yes, that would indeed be a terrible thing to have happen.  Just awful.   
   The only way it could be worse would be if CB, GMRS, and MURS were added   
   into the mix.   
      
   Let us hope that that never happens.
