   What an example to someone who started studying for the RAE   
   at age 15 but took until the age of 35, _ T W E N T Y _  years   
   later to scrape a pass in the Fools' Licence exam; a 20 year   
   period during most of which the 12 WPM test was available and yet   
   he failed to pass even that in 20 years.   
      
   Cole should remember the old adage, as to what goes around, comes around.
