   It would be interesting to know which callsigns OFCOM started   
   accidentally re-cycling. I can't imagine anyone lucky enough to have got   
   one of the above contacting them to complain that they had been   
   palmed-off with an old, tatty - and obviously second-hand callsign, and   
   demanding the new one they were entitled to.

   Although more 're-issued' than 'recycled', I'm pretty sure that after   
   'we all became Fulls', several Class-Bs who later got a Class-A or an   
   early Full callsign, reverted to their old original Class-B callsign   
   (under which they were better-known).
