   Because, dear boy, with all the country prefixes  the UK has available,   
   together with regional identifiers and serial numbers, there's far more   
   callsigns available than are ever likely to be used even on a   
   single-issue basis - that's what the usual dimwit callsign enviers want   
   to ignore in their stampede to appear equal.
