   Nevertheless, many consider that your callsign is just as personal as   
   your name - in fact, even MORE personal, because in the whole world, it

   ensure that we know who the real owner is, therefore recycling should be   
   done only in the long term. We should not be deceived into thinking that   
   a newly-licensed teenager is a well-respected old-timer who held the   
   callsign for over 60 years.
