   So you're saying that's what happened, that money was paid to corrupt   
   examiners for passes, at those Northern Ireland radio clubs you were saying   
   were cheating, Frank Hunter GI4NKB? Which clubs exactly were they? It'd be   
   interesting to see what their opinion on what you say is. It'd be   
   especially interesting to see what they make of those recordings you
