   He can't do CW at any reasonable QSO speed, and doesn't know what waves   
   he's launching; plus he shied away from wiring a Mike plug and is   
   'confused' when to use USB/LSB. Whoever would want to have a QSO with   
   one so inept? No wonder he complained that his local repeaters went   
   quiet after he was licensed.   
      
   He ought to demand his money back.
