   Hmmm, maybe I used different search terms when I was looking for   
   custom QSL cards several months ago, but I had no problem finding   
   people who do them. I ended up not needing any (I've only done a   
   few NPOTA activations and haven't gotten any requests for printed   
   QSL cards), but I found places that do them for less than $100 per   
   500 cards.
