   Executive Summary   
      
   The group continues its slow decline after the steep fall in postings   
   following the peak in  March 2016. The current rate of posting is now a   
   small fraction of the initial rate. The group's busiest week, its   
   longest thread, and the last 100+ posts in a reporting period took place   
   in that month. One week having no new threads has since appeared. Gaps   
   of days between posts have become commonplace. Fewer people are posting   
   fewer messages. There have been no contributors from social media   
   spamming, a self-styled 'call to action', or those that still do not   
   know they voted for the group.
