   A professor of art and history to oversee the RSCB's 3-tier   
   coffer-filling examination debacle seems as relevant (NOT!)   
   as that scheme and the RSCB itself!!!!   
      
   BUT the RSCB's committee? What more evidence is needed to   
   warn the Charity Commissioners of the duplicity of   
   the so-called independence of the RCF?
