   High time that the Fools' Licence was done away with, because   
   it sets amateur radio BELOW CB Radio insofar as CBers are not   
   examined upon their operating style.   
      
   ISTR that there are some grown men who subscribe to this NG   
   who took out 5-year-olds' licences; unbelievable!!!!!
