   Sorry, run that one past me again, for I thought that the purpose   
   of a national radio society was to represent the radio hams of   
   that country and what those radio amateurs do, and not to have   
   a hidden agenda predicated on filling its own coffers, for   
   then it would seem to have become a free-floating   
   self-perpetuating bureaucracy of no real relevance to anybody?
