   To be honest, what is their incentive? I bet they all have 100w rigs   
   anyway and use them. Same applies to foundation class.   
      
   There should only be one class of licence IMHO. The Norwegian licence   
   is amongst the easiest to get in the World. The exam has a few simple   
   questions.
