   once fine hobby, Why build knowledge and experience when you can continue to   
   enjoy the opportunities and operating privileges that were once hard to   
   achive. The entry (Foundation) level provides a straightforward joke entry   
   to the  complete   
   world of amateur radio so why bother progressing?. It is recognised that
