   Like the chap across the road from me, a degree qualified electronics   
   design engineer with a succesful 40 year career***** behind him, who   
   wanted to dabble with some kits.   
      
   A big mistake by the RSCB hand-in-hand with Mr.Congenitally Nasty   
   to require such eminent technologists to have to piss about with   
   an exam intended for 5-year-olds instead of offering a single   
   level of exam equivalent to the previous RAE.
