   No they're not!   That is clearly an attempt at a big lie to shame the   
   truth along the lines of the great propagandists of our century.[1]   
   The academic standards of the FL are much lower, and the practical at FL   
   and above is perhaps valuable for those with no other practical   
   experience - but hardly demanding to anyone who has ever made up an   
   electronic kit or repaired an iPhone.
