   So, let’s assume it was 14.000 to 14.300 for Foundation, and they’d need   
   Intermediate to get up to 14.350... would that really encourage the 50% who   
   currently don’t progress, to sit the Intermediate exam? I’m not so sure it   
   would, and I doubt it would placate the elitist community either.   
      
   Just my opinion - anyone have any other views on this idea?
