   Let's not forget the PERSONAL wealth that she has. It's not ours or   
   the state's, it's hers FFS.   
      
   I will be using the prefix because the last time I used one was when   
   the Head Parasite was on the super potty of state for 25 years. I was   
   GE4DWV. I got an award, my only amateur radio one, for having a QSO   
   with 10 GE stations. As I was in a net with 15 local stations in   
   Manchester (with the late G3LEQ) it was a piece of piss to get.   
      
   I'll draw the line at NOT getting special QSL cards for GR4DWV. I'll   
   have a stab at getting a LotW cert though.
