   Nope.
   Full licence.

I think I see the confusion ">>>> I had a Foundation exam scheduled for
the 21st with more to follow."

It's not my exam, I am a trainer so I had a class of novices ready to
sit their Foundation on the 21st.
I never got the dipole up, I had lent out my drill and may not get it
back for a while but I have a 40m end fed that tunes up nicely on a
bunch of bands so I spent the weekend dipping in and out of the WPC. .
However now that the contest is over and the bands quieten down a bit I
will be able to go back to my 10w uBitX again.
