   Donning my Captain Obvious cap, we are not allowed C. That's   
   broadcasting. News broadcasts like GB2RS require a special licence, and   
   stations using the callsign must not use it for communication purposes.   
   At one time, 'CQ' calls used to be specifically forbidden, and instead   
   amateurs had to call 'Test'.
