   The ARRL has made their first new one under the latest rule change.  Swain's   
   Island is added as of 22 July 2006.  If you worked the KH8SI operation last   
   year then you must work the next one to get credit for anything but IOTA.   
      
   Bet there will be more new ones with DXers scanning detailed charts at this   
   very moment.  How about Ebon Atoll that Don Miller tried to get counted in   
   the early 1960's.  Look at detail Pacific maps!   
      
   Now if we can get ARRL to delete the latest platform operation (BS7H) which   
   is just as bad as the 7J1 folly of the late 1970's!
