From: thompson@mindspring.com I read where Ranko YT6A says it requires $3 USD for a return card for 4O3T. How about the new IRC's? Is he going to follow that all of a amateur's QSO will be verified on one card? Regarding YU6AO. IRC's accepted? All QSOs on one card or separate. many are asking.
