   My free DXCC Excel spreadsheet is updated now with the latest changes:   
      
   Montenegro is now 4O   
      
   Serbia is now YT, YU   
      
   The prefixes 4N and YZ are given back to the ITU, but at the moment they   
   are still in use. I guess it will take some time to re-organise the   
   callsign-systems in both countries.   
      
   You can find the DXCC Excel spreadsheet in which you can keep record of   
   your DXCC score for all HF bands and 6 meters on my website. There is also   
   a WAS/WAZ spreadsheet available.
