   There was a note in the current ARRL Letter announcing that the US Post   
   Office is finally selling IRCs on their Web site. I'd like to think that   
   my polite requests to the USPS had something to do with that :-)   
      
      
      
   On the one hand, this will avoid the blank stares from the clerks when   
   you try to buy some, or finding that they don't stock them even if they   
   know what they are.   
      
   On the other hand, including an SAE and US$2 seems to be enough to   
   handle return postage from most folks these days, with the added   
   advantage that a dollar bill doesn't expire.
