   New Radio Club Station QRV from Tunisia :   
      
   After two year waiting horizons begin to open the Tunisian ham radio ...   
   authorities decide to assign to the first authorization after the revolution   
   the first independent Association amateur ... 2014 look promising for Ham   
   community in Tunisia.   
   The ASTRA's (Association tunisienne des Radio Amateur) Headquarter Club   
   station "3V8HQ" finally get the license and  will be in QRV next week at   
   14/01/2014. At 2 pm, the inauguration ceremony begins. During the ceremony,   
   symbols of authority (TIC    
   Minister, National Frequency Agency ...etc) members, Sponsors and friends will
