   "Just a correction about the team members, F4HEC, F1RAF, FK8IK and F5TMJ (not   
   F5MUX as said in March 2016).   
      
   Our luggage lost in the flight from Paris to Montreal last saturday, were just   
   sent here this evening. We are currently building the rest of our station. It   
   should permit new bands, digital modes and 2 active stations at a time.   
      
   Weather condition (strong winds) were improving also in the evening.

   "Our team F4HEC, F1RAF, FK8IK & F5MUX will activate FP (DXCC 277, NA-032) in   
   september 2016 (10-20th).   
      
   Saint-Pierre & Miquelon archipelago is the only French territory in North   
   America and the last testimonial of New France (that became Canada later).   
   This overseas collectivity consists of 2 main islands : Miquelon and Langlade   
   (110 km2) on one side and    
   Saint Pierre. Most of the 6.000 inhabitants stays in Saint Pierre  island   
   which is also the smaller one (26 km2). Southern coast of the New Foundland is   
   the closest land (25 km) in the neighborhood.   
      
   These islands were annexed in 1536 by the French explorer Jacques Cartier on   
   behalf of the King of France. Inhabitants were fishermen coming from French   
   regions : Brittany, Normandy and Basque country."
